How much advance payment is required to start a project?

A minimum 50% advance payment is required before any project work begins. The remaining balance must be completed before final delivery or website launch. All payments are non-refundable unless stated in writing.

Who owns the intellectual property after the project is completed?

Acceptance of Terms

By using our website or hiring our services, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our services. These terms apply to all visitors, clients, and users of our website and services.

F9XR Team reserves the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

Payments & Billing

50% Advance Payment Required

Remaining payment must be completed before final delivery or website launch. All payments are non-refundable unless stated in writing.

Late payments may incur a 1.5% monthly finance charge. F9XR Team reserves the right to pause work on any project where payments are overdue.

Client Responsibilities

The client agrees to provide correct content, images, branding materials, and approvals in a timely manner. Respond promptly to requests to avoid delays.

F9XR Team is not responsible for delays caused by the client. The client is solely responsible for ensuring all provided content complies with applicable laws and does not infringe third-party rights.

The client must maintain active hosting accounts, domain registrations, and software licenses to ensure continued website operation after project completion.

Revisions

Reasonable revisions are included as per the agreed scope. Additional features or major changes may incur extra charges. Each project SOW specifies the number of revision rounds included.

Requests that constitute new features, additional pages, or fundamental design overhaols are considered scope changes and require a revised SOW.

Intellectual Property

Final rights are transferred to the client after full payment.

Until full payment is received, all work product remains the intellectual property of F9XR Team. The client is granted a limited, revocable license to use the deliverables during the payment process.

F9XR Team retains the right to display completed work in its portfolio unless requested otherwise in writing within 7 days of project completion.

Third-Party Services

We are not responsible for downtime, failures, or policy changes of third-party platforms like hosting providers, plugins, APIs, or CMS platforms.

Clients are responsible for maintaining their own accounts with third-party service providers. F9XR Team will assist in diagnosing third-party issues on a best-effort basis at standard hourly rates.

Third-party costs (hosting, domains, plugins, ad spend) are non-refundable and managed directly by the client. See our Refund & Cancellation Policy for details.

Limitation of Liability

F9XR Team shall not be liable for loss of revenue, profits, or downtime caused by external services, third-party platforms, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

All services are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. F9XR Team’s total liability shall not exceed the total fees paid for the specific project giving rise to the claim.

No guarantee of specific business outcomes, revenue, or rankings is made unless explicitly stated in writing within the project SOW.
