At F9XR Team, we aim to deliver high-quality digital services. Due to the nature of customized digital work, we follow a strict but fair policy to ensure mutual accountability and protect both parties.

General Policy

All services provided by F9XR Team are digital, customized, and time-intensive. Once a project has started and resources have been allocated, refunds are generally not applicable.

By purchasing or commissioning our services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to this Refund & Cancellation Policy. This policy applies to all service offerings including web development, SEO, social media management, and consulting.

Advance Payments

A minimum 50% advance payment is required before project initiation. This advance covers initial planning, design concepts, resource allocation, and project setup costs.

This advance payment is non-refundable under all circumstances, as these resources are committed immediately upon payment receipt. The advance secures your project slot in our development schedule.

No work will commence until the advance payment has been received and cleared.

Cancellation: Client

Before Project Start: The advance payment is not refundable. No additional charges apply.

After Project Start: No refund will be issued. Payment for all work completed up to the cancellation date is required. The scope of completed work will be determined by F9XR Team based on milestone tracking.

Cancellation Process: All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing via email to tontufytservices@gmail.com. Verbal cancellation requests will not be processed.

Cancellation: Agency

We reserve the right to cancel projects due to breach of terms, non-responsiveness beyond 30 days, unethical behavior, or requests that violate applicable laws.

In such cases, no refund for completed work will be provided. All completed deliverables up to the cancellation date remain the property of F9XR Team until full payment is received.

F9XR Team will provide written notice of cancellation with a detailed explanation of the reasons.

Non-Responsiveness

Inactivity or non-responsiveness from the Client beyond 15 business days will result in the project being placed on hold. F9XR Team will attempt to reach you via email and WhatsApp.

After 30 days of continued inactivity, the project will be considered abandoned. All previous payments are forfeited and will not be refunded. Reactivation of abandoned projects may incur additional setup fees.

F9XR Team is not responsible for delays caused by Client non-responsiveness. Project timelines will be extended proportionally to account for hold periods.

Dissatisfaction

Refunds are not provided for differences in personal taste, subjective design preferences, or business performance expectations. Our services are delivered according to the agreed specifications in the Statement of Work.

We offer reasonable revisions within the agreed project scope to ensure your satisfaction. If you believe the deliverables do not match the agreed specifications, please contact us within 7 days of delivery for a review.

F9XR Team will make reasonable efforts to address legitimate concerns about specification compliance at no additional cost.

Subscriptions

Payments already made for the current billing cycle are non-refundable. Your service will continue until the end of the current paid period.

Upon cancellation, F9XR Team will provide a handover of any relevant credentials and access within 7 business days.

We will review all disputes in good faith and aim to reach a fair resolution within 14 business days. Both parties agree to attempt informal resolution before pursuing any formal legal action.
