Payments & Billing

50% Advance Payment Required

Remaining payment must be completed before final delivery or website launch. All payments are non-refundable unless stated in writing.

Client Responsibilities

The client agrees to provide correct content, images, and approvals on time. Respond promptly to requests to avoid delays. F9XR Team is not responsible for delays caused by the client.

Revisions

Reasonable revisions are included as per the agreed scope. Additional features or major changes may incur extra charges.

Intellectual Property

Final rights are transferred to the client after full payment.

F9XR Team retains the right to display completed work in its portfolio unless requested otherwise.

Third-Party Services

We are not responsible for downtime, failures, or policy changes of third-party platforms like hosting providers, plugins, or APIs.

Limitation of Liability

F9XR Team shall not be liable for loss of revenue, profits, or downtime caused by external services. All services are provided "as is".
