At F9XR Team, we aim to deliver high-quality digital services. Due to the nature of customized work, we follow a strict but fair policy to ensure mutual accountability.

General Policy

All services provided are digital and customized. Once a project has started, refunds are generally not applicable. By purchasing, you agree to this policy.

Advance Payments

A minimum 50% advance payment is required before project initiation. This is non-refundable as it covers planning, design, and resource allocation.

Cancellation: Client

Before Start: Advance payment is not refundable.

After Start: No refund issued; payment for work completed is required.

Cancellation: Agency

We reserve the right to cancel projects due to breach of terms, non-responsiveness, or unethical behavior. No refund for completed work will be provided.

Non-Responsiveness

Inactivity beyond 15 days puts projects on hold. After 30 days, projects are closed and previous payments are forfeited.

Dissatisfaction

Refunds are not provided for differences in personal taste or business performance expectations. We offer reasonable revisions within scope.

Third-party costs are strictly non-refundable and must be managed directly by the client.

Subscriptions

Maintenance plans require 7 days' written notice for cancellation. Payments already made for the current billing cycle are non-refundable.
