Introduction

This Service Agreement (“Agreement”) outlines the terms and conditions under which F9XR Team provides web development and digital marketing services to its clients (“Client”, “You”).

By hiring our services, you agree to the terms mentioned below.

02 Project Scope

The scope of work will be clearly defined before starting. Any additional features or changes requested after approval may be charged extra. Major changes require a revised timeline and cost.

03 Payment Terms

50% Advance Required

Remaining payment must be completed before final delivery or website launch. Payments once made are non-refundable.

04 Project Timeline

Timelines are estimates and depend on timely input and approvals from the Client. Delays due to late responses may extend delivery timelines.

05 Client Responsibilities

The Client agrees to provide accurate content and review work promptly. F9XR Team is not responsible for copyright issues related to client-provided content.

06 Revisions & Changes

"Reasonable revisions are included. Excessive revisions or new features may be charged additionally."

07 Website Ownership

Full ownership is transferred to the Client after full payment.

F9XR Team reserves the right to showcase work in our portfolio unless requested otherwise.

08 - 10 Operational Bounds

Support: Monthly maintenance plans are separate. Third-party issues (Hosting/Plugins) are not the liability of F9XR Team.

Liability: F9XR Team is not liable for loss of business, downtime, or consequential damages.

11 Termination

Either party may terminate with notice. Work completed must be paid for. Advance payments are non-refundable.

12 Confidentiality

Both parties agree to keep all credentials and sensitive information confidential at all times.

13 Agreement Acceptance

By proceeding with our services, the Client acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to this Service Agreement.
