1. The service
BoredPuP ("the Site") lets you discover and play free, browser-based HTML5 games. Games are provided by the game developers and indexed from the GameMonetize network. We host the catalog, not the game files: games load from the developers' servers inside your browser.
2. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- attempt to disrupt, overload, or reverse-engineer the Site or its data feeds;
- scrape the catalog at a volume that interferes with normal operation;
- use the Site for any unlawful purpose, or in a way that harms other users.
3. Availability
We try hard to keep every game working, but we can't guarantee it. A game may be temporarily unavailable because the developer's server is down, or permanently removed by its owner. The Site is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind, and we are not liable for losses arising from your use of it.
4. Third-party content and ads
Games, ads, and some embedded content are operated by third parties. Their own terms and privacy policies apply to that content. We do not control game developers or advertising networks.
5. Intellectual property
The design, text, and code of the Site are ours. The games themselves belong to their respective developers and are used for display only, as part of a public catalog. If you believe content on the Site infringes your rights, contact us and we'll review it promptly.
6. Children
The Site is intended for general audiences. We do not intentionally collect personal information from anyone, including children under 13. See our privacy policy and information for parents.
7. Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected on this page with a new "last updated" date.
