By inviting the RestoreX bot into your Discord server or using any associated services, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use RestoreX.

2. Description of Service

RestoreX is a Discord bot providing server administration, automated moderation, anti-nuke protection, and utility systems to server owners and managers.

3. Acceptable Use

When using RestoreX, you agree not to:

Use the bot to violate Discord's Terms of Service or Community Guidelines.
Exploit, abuse, or bypass any rate limits, security measures, or premium checks within the bot.
Use the bot to facilitate harassment, illegal activities, or distribution of malicious files.

4. Availability and Modifications

We strive for 99% uptime, however, the bot is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the service (or any part thereof) at any time, with or without notice.

5. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall the developers of RestoreX be liable for any damages resulting from the use or inability to use the bot. This includes data loss, server damage, or unauthorized access stemming from misuse or unforeseen vulnerabilities.

6. Subscriptions and Payments

If utilizing Premium tiers (Pro, Ultra), you agree to our billing cycles. Refunds are processed solely at our discretion and generally not provided for mid-cycle cancellations unless specified otherwise.
