Server Data: Server IDs, Channel IDs, and Role IDs to manage structure and permissions securely.
User Data: User IDs to track warnings, punishments, and audit log entries. We do not store usernames permanently unless required for specific moderation logs.
Messages: We briefly scan messages for moderation and anti-spam purposes but do not store message contents long-term.

3. How We Use Your Data

We use the data collected entirely to power the features of the bot:

To detect, alert, and prevent server nukes or unauthorized structural modifications.
To enforce community guidelines via the auto-punish and warning systems.
To deliver verification features securely.

4. Data Sharing and Disclosure

We do NOT sell, rent, or trade any server or user data to third parties. Data is strictly kept within our secure database to operate the RestoreX bot.

5. Your Rights & Data Deletion

Server owners have the right to request the deletion of all data associated with their server. Removing the bot from your Discord server will eventually trigger an automated purge of associated operational data. For immediate deletion, you can utilize our dashboard or contact us directly.
